Re: hello old time buddies...

hey hey boys... yeah I was kicken ass ... runnin 8.6's with a stock Busa motor with a small progressive dry shot of NOS... got sponsored by RCC Turbo to run their set up next season and I should be the proud owner of a 7 sec drag bike come Feb when they get modding my bike. I also picked up Bellman Oil and Torco Race Fuel as sponsors as well as Machine Works Racing...

I'll see if I can hunt up some videos and pics to share...

sorry I missed out on attending this years event.. but I've had a lot going on not juston the track...

got divorced and got a new job outside of Chicago, IL.. so I'mnot in MI anymore.

I race at Byron, IL Union Grove, WI Oseceola, IN Martin, MI and plan to add Milan MI to 2008 season.

Re: hello old time buddies...

here's a few more..

one called scary moment and final round.. was the day we put the new lock up in and was trying to get it dialed in to allow me to dump the clutch and not bog off the line.. well it was a bit testy that night with the changes we were making and I had one hell of a wheelie come up when the arms from the lock up came in down the track... (never mind that I redlighted like crazy LOL... tried to cut a good tree cuz I was racing a snowmobiler that was right on with her times... "bracket racing that night" that was the final round.. I think there were about 8 rounds that night)

it was a pain to set that lock up right but it was well worth it when it finally was.. I went from a stock clutch doing 8.8's to the lock up doing 8.6's

could have seen 8.5's if I had another weekend to give me the chance on turnin up the spray some.. but my cases cracked and put an end to my race season early this year.

Nice to hear from you E. Watch out for the whore dogs on SH. Nice times you turning there, just gain a few pounds and keep that front tire closer to pavement.

Re: hello old time buddies...

Sweet!
Seems like there's enough room on those acres of fairing for a MCADX sticker, wouldn't you think?

Let me know when you're coming to Milan - we'll see if we can get a rooting section for you.

How the heck are you doing E!

Nice to see things are working out for you.

Now, if you are in the Plainfield area, could you please stop at my OTHER house and get some of my stuff

Give me a shout when you get a chance and we can update our 2007 journey.

V~

Re: hello old time buddies...

thanks everyone.. glad to see I've not been forgotten... it's kinda weird in the drag world not being around my old curve carvin buddies.. but I'm slowly makin a name for myself amongst the straight liners...

I'm near Naperville, IL 40 mins west of Chicago.. more specifically Woodridge, IL

as for how my busa corners.. NOT AT ALL - LMAO...

wish I had more footage but it's hard to get folks to video for me at the track we all race so not many can spare the time.. I need a pit bitch to follow me around LOL

I hope to hang around for a bit.. now that winter is here I ahve a lil more time to be online in the evenings...

I'd bring it to Grattan if they let me do the 1/4 down the straight away.. just gotta get me a date and I'll see if it works in my race schedule.. would love to come nad hang out with my old buddies and watch ya'll drag some knee... I sure mis it but my bad knee dont...

as for the whore dogs on SH.. you mean suzukihayabusa.org??? if so .. no worries They know their place with me already.. LOL... been on there for some time and proven myself quite well that they know I ain't just some poser online

thanks for the props.. I could have done better if only a few more days to work with but that's ok.. I was ready for the next step so I'm not worried..

as for gaining more weight NO WAY! gained too much since season ended already.... gotta get back to my 130 - 135 weight... doin some mods to the bike to get the chasis setup like a prostreet bike which will help keep the front down a bit more... well till that 500 hp kicks in anyways LOL

as for the MCADX stickers.. depends on how they would like to be a part of my sponsorship plan... but most def room for them!

V girl! I have missed you terrribly.. thought for sure with me so close to your alternate location I'd see you but reckon it's not worked out that way??? get your stuff?? you better bet we need to talk... I'll try to give you a ring here shortly and see if I get you.. yes things are going quite well on the business side of things as well as on the personal side.. we most def need to get caught up..

that's funny you mentionSocal - there's some guys on either SH.org or Psychobike that have been tryin to get me to come to Socal to race cuz there aint' no girls out there that run my numbers and not many guys I reckon as well LOL - but that's a long haul from chicago...

thanks again everyone... feels good to be back among ya'll if only for a bit...
