Good source for fork maintenance parts?

I need the copper drain plug washers that go on the bottom of the 954's forks and thought while I was at it, I'd go ahead and replace the seals.

Where's the good place to buy these things? I'm assuming aftermarket is better, or should I just get it from Ron Ayers?

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Stock is what you want.

Thanks, L2L! I got lucky and found the washers at Advance. That'll hold me over for the time being while I stare at the parts fiche and figure out what to order.

I've never ordered from Ron Ayers, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone complain about them.

Huh? Did I somehow convey uncertainty about buying from Ron Ayers?

Been getting stuff from them for years. Great people - and since they are the correct side of the country, shipping is fast.

    Thanks tho.

Nope, just saying I have had no bad experiences with them.

Honestly, you are better off going to your local Honda dealer when it comes to small parts like this. In fact, I've yet to find an online source that beats the discount I get from my dealer. And that's before you factor in shipping, etc.
