Just wondering if they are robust enough that you could leave your bike in one and hop on it if you didn't have someone to help you make sag measurements on your bike.
Maybe Im reaching here...self justification is important

The Seamii are awesome.

You can hop on it straight up and down, just don't be too far off center or they can topple (don't ask me how I know this).
The Baxley will do for the static and loaded measurements, but will not help with unloaded measurements. You will need a triple tree stand or attic rafters for this. I think hammer and crew at Grattan can give very helpful insight as to how to do this. (Where is that pic frenchie again???)
Nevertheless, you will need an assistant to take measurements at least or you WILL fall over, and remember to have all your gear on with the loaded measurement.

Baxley will work fine. Every now and then I find myself sitting on one of the bikes in the garage dreaming...
When I set sag on the CBR first time, I kept a toe on the ground and MrsSeamus measured. Got somewhere where I had help a few days later and my measurements were the same.

Remember, everyone else doesn't have a green toe the size of a soup can.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government.

I've used that same method on both bikes. It worked out okay.
...dude you ride an offroad bike with slicks, 1/2 the weight of a GS, double the suspension, with a browning 50 cal going off 32" from your skull as a daily freaking driver - I'd expect anything except a nitro dragbike to be bland by comparison - SSG

I can do the toe thing...was just wondering how sturdy these may be for that. I appreciate all the input, and I just realized my fiscal responsibilities elsewhere predicate not getting one for awhile anyways. Thanks again for the commentary all
