I think they showed two different engine blocks. At the end it had 16 cylinders but for a good part of it it was a 12 cylinder.
Impressive nonetheless.

Unbelievable. I wonder how many cars they had to sell to pay for just one of those machines. I'm baffled at how easily it takes hunks out of that block of aluminum. It treats it like a piece of balsa wood. Any idea how long it takes to machine one of those blocks, start to finish? Gotta be 6-8hrs, if not more.

The oval pistons are rather interesting, as is the thin wall between adjacent cylinders. I guess they probably don't make a big bore kit for those.

This pretty neat too. Did you notice though that the CMM is not Japanese/Korean. The olde world still has its uses
