where can I get an XT lap timer cord?

I pinched the wires and have only a couple of strands holding 1 or 2 of the wires together for my lap timer. anyone know where to buy just the wire? best bet just emailing xtracing?

If you have some slack in the wire, try a Tap It from Menards. Home Depot or Lowes might also carry them in the electrical department. Very simple repair. Looking at my emergency package they have a web site at here.

those connectors are probably too big. the wires inside the cable are tiny. I checked and there's 1 wire that's completely broken, the unit still powers up and I can look through all the data but I don't know what that wire does. gotta be there for a reason. I could probably fix the wire but it would probably just be easier to get a new cord.

Send it back to xt is your best bet. If you try and repair it use solder.

I think I'm just gonna email them and see what they say. Probably just get a new cable from them.

If I wasn't spending money making the bike normal, I would definitely make it for a trackday this year.
It would need new rubber before a trackday and I don't see that occurring until the winter either even with the deals.

cumulative time? one gets full and the other turns on and you just add the times to figure out your lap?
