DUCATI / 749 2003-2006
DUCATI / 999 2003-2006
YAMAHA / YZF-R1 2004-2006
YAMAHA / YZF-R6 2005-2006
NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID Number: 06E035000 Summary: CERTAIN CRG FRONT BRAKE LEVERS, MODEL RB-511 DESIGNED FOR USE ON 2004-2006 YAMAHA YZF-R1 MOTORCYCLES, AND 2005-2006 YAMAHA YZF-R6 MOTORCYCLES. MODEL RB-512 IS DESIGNED FOR USE ON 2003-2006 DUCATI 749 AND 999 MOTORCYCLES, AND ON 2004-2006 APRILIA MILLE R MOTORCYCLES. DUE TO A MISALIGNMENT OF THE PIVOT BORE, THE BRAKE LEVER COULD BECOME SEIZED IN THE BRAKE ENGAGED POSITION, THEREBY PREVENTING THE FRONT BRAKE FROM DISENGAGING. Consequence: A NON-RELEASE CONDITION COULD CAUSE DRAG ON THE FRONT BRAKE SYSTEM, WHICH COULD POSSIBLY RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH. Remedy: CRG WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND REPLACE THE ROCKER FOR THE FRONT LEVER FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DURING MAY 2006. OWNERS MAY CONCACT CRG AT 831-763-7811. Notes: THIS RECALL ONLY PERTAINS TO AFTERMARKET CRG FRONT BRAKE LEVERS AND HAS NO RELATION TO ANY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLED ON MOTORCYCLES MANUFACTURED BY YAMAHA, DUCATI, OR APRILIA. CUSTOMERS MAY CONTACT THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION'S VEHICLE SAFETY HOTLINE AT 1-888-327-4236 (TTY: 1-800-424-9153); OR GO TO HTTP://WWW.SAFERCAR.GOV.

Either this is a typo or very old news. Fortunately Hondas aren't included...
