quick turn throttle installation question

so I bought a quick turn throttle from Yoyodyne Racing Throttle - Quick turn adjustable throttle and its made by Euro Racing. Problem is it didn't come with instructions and the Euro Racing site is all in Italian but I found the instructions on there but they're in Italian. I can make out some of it but not what I need and an online translator doesn't help.

basically all I need to know is which way do I put the cam on the throttle tube. does the smaller side of the cam face the tube or does it got the other way? It doesn't look like it will make a difference but I just wanna be sure.

Are you asking whether the flanged edge faces the 'outside' of the bike (to the right as you look at it from the rider's pov) or the inside?

There may be a slight offset in the enclosure that would indicate which would be the better fit. Everything else being equal, I'd put it on the outside, facing to the right.

I will say this - use the insert that provides the smallest change first. Not such a big deal on my SV, but you better be pretty smooth on the 954.

yes that's exactly what I was asking. And nope, no offset inside the housing. I was thinking to the right also, not sure why just seems correct.

yeah I was gonna go with the smallest change first. and its a 929
