I've used mine on my sunglasses, helmet shields, rifle scopes, and binoculars. A lot more convenient to carry around than bottles of spray. They come in durable little zip loc bags that are about 2.5"x3.5". You breath on the lens, wipe off the fog with the cloth then good luck getting it to fog again.

That's good to know. I could have used it last year at Grattan when I was breathing so hard after digging the bike out of the gravel...
