Bimota DB6 Delirio
Since we don't have a Bimota forum and this particular model is moved by a Ducati engine, I'll post it here.
Bimota just introduced this new model, DB6, and follows their very organized naming once again. D because it uses a Ducati engine. B because is a Bimota. and 6 because this is the sixth model to use a ducati engine. The tested said it was very manageable and agile, if a bit short in seating space and distance from the seat to the handlebars. Not a super sport bike but more of a fun and flick-able everyday motorcycle. IMO it looks nice as a whole even if some components are a bit odd.

Re: Bimota DB6 Delirio
Price?
It looks like a Brutale with a V-twin engine, and an air-cooled one at that... I think Bimota has had its day. I'd hate to splash out a huge amount for that, travel to godknowswhere to pick it up and have it serviced, and have some snot-nose on a pedestrian Duc Monster S4 just humiliate my new acquisition. Then, I imagine I would comfort myself at some outdoor cafe ( we're not talking about Michigan in January, right?) sipping espresso and nursing my wounded ego with the idea that the true value of the Bimota is in its beauty and rarity.... until Appygirl and Evl_Twin show up with the Brutale and the RC45.

Re: Bimota DB6 Delirio
I agree about the Brutale styling. Looks like they're out of original ideas. My two favorite Bimotas are the Tesi and the Mantra.

in my opinion Bimotas are always cool. I especially like the trellis swingarm.

Re: Bimota DB6 Delirio
They don't mention a price but they do mention the exclusivity. This added to the bike being a Bimota... it's not going to fall within what I call affordable limits.
It's a cool bike for some one not interested in racing neither on nor off the track. Beyond that... just a social status show. It does look like the Brutale and the Tuono but without the performance. Still if someone volunteers to buy me one, I'll gladly take it. Thanks.
