Wow. All that stopping power on a bike that goes so slow!

Despite the mid-30's weather today, nasty sandy and slippery roads, I decided I just had to take a brief ride in the empty subdivision next door today. It was really cold, and I didn't dare get on the gas with any sort of lean on, but oh man did it feel good to just get out on a bike and twist the throttle a little bit! Especially one that sounds that good! It was cold, it was brief, but it was heaven.

    Stupid winter.

All your random browsing of the net is gonna cost you a fortune eventually. (and you are taking me down with you)

No joke. Stumbling on that site was the worst thing that could have ever happened to me. I had no idea what I was missing. My wife I were just discussing the fact that she thought my $199 rotor was expensive for the motard. She had no idea that someday I'd be trying to justify $2500 rotors.

Edit: I did resolve this year to spend more time appreciating what I have and less time dreaming about what I "want". I totally love both of my current bikes and am super thankful for them. If it wasn't -18F in my garage right now I'd be out there.
...dude you ride an offroad bike with slicks, 1/2 the weight of a GS, double the suspension, with a browning 50 cal going off 32" from your skull as a daily freaking driver - I'd expect anything except a nitro dragbike to be bland by comparison - SSG
