I'm remembering a tab where you could bookmark favorite threads, gallery pics, etc...
Must have been a different board...my brain is fried...

You can add gallery images to your favorites with the Image Tools menu(see attached - 3rd option down) but I'm not aware of anything like that for threads outside of thread subscriptions.
