Wierd problems

i keep getting bounced around on here not ending up where i want to go. i click user cp and end up at the home page. i try to go to new post i get server is busy. other times it will go to a blank page. am i the only one having problems?

internet explorer at work and the internet explorer 7(i think, its the newer one) at home.
