Exclude "Paperboy" from Search?

How hard would it be to rig the Search to exclude "Paperboy" from the results?

Would be an awesome tweak, it's super easy to get a race spoiler while doing a search, even if you have the "Paperboy" on ignore...

When you edit each forum, you can set that forum to not be included in the search index. Might have to rebuild the index after making the change though.

Not sure if you had used search in awhile, but it had become completely clogged with "Paperboy" hits, making it damn near useless. Great improvement...nice work!
