The hype is low.

Very cool and very urban-industrial. Though I'm not sure how I feel about the CVT's. Cool concept, but something about mastering a shift on a motorcycle still has some appeal.

Dump the CVT though.

Agreed with the CVT comments. The underbelly exhaust is pretty cool also, although I'm not so sure about the black accents on it. I realize they probably serve as some sort of a heat shield to prevent burning the rider's ankles but they could've blended it a little better IMO. Having said that, putting a low slung exhaust similar to the BMW Lo-rider on it would probably put me on the waiting list for one of these. Anybody feel like doing a little photoshop work?

I like the stripped-down "tracker" styling, but I can shift for myself, thankyouverymuch. But it wouldn't surprise me to see more companies offer push-button shifting or other such alternatives like we're seeing in more cars.

Not a big fan of the CVT, either but I think these Mana-based concepts are just Aprilia's way of showing the diversity of the platform.
Personally, I'd like to see them venture into the sport-touring realm again but the internal competition between any offering Aprilia might produce and the Guzzi Norge have me thinking a Honda VFR re-vamp is more likely to actually happen. That's another thread, though.
