Pretty sexy.

I'm disappointed in them though, no mismatched shades of gold on it!

Wow... it is possible Aprilia actually listened to their customers and dealers?!?!

No Liono Thundercats Logo, no Liberace Bling... just sleek motorcycle?

My eyes must be deceiving me!

OK, so who is going to photoshop in the Honda Wing, a VFR logo and hard saddlebags to send to Honda?

Very sweet looking. Almost didn't recognize it without all that gold.

You buy one and I'll help you throw that engine in your Viffer. Then even evl will jealous of you.

If it has gear driven cams, I'll buy it.

(I really miss my '98 VFR)

Snub nose and tiny tail are sort of CBR1000RRish. Exhaust can looks like a bit of an afterthought, design-wise. I hope they give better customer support than they have with the SXV's, like mine that has been in the shop since October. Yeah, October.

They're putting all the gold back on it. Takes a while.

Well, I actually had a small, tiny notion kicking around an Aprilia in my future. However, this post solved that issue. And unlike Kushitani, my guess is, they aren't sending you a backup are they?

Don't these mfgs realize customers use this internet thing to discuss their products? Jeez. October? Blah!

If it wasn't winter I'd really be mad. First they said they would replace the motor due to the water-in-the-oil issue, but that I just had to wait for them to get one from Italy, which they couldn't say when would happen. A month or two later they said they would just re-seal the motor instead, and it's taken weeks to get the parts. Supposedly they'll have it done for me by March 1.

I spoke to one regional dealer who said they are done with Aprilia for issues like this. They've been really disappointed by the lack of customer care.

That bike is probably the most fun, cool bike I've ever ridden. I absolutely love the thing. I'm still hoping once they fix it that it will be relatively trouble-free, but obviously that's questionable at this point. I knew it would be a fairly high-maintenance bike, but this is pretty silly.

Update? Please tell me something good, I'm really liking the idea of this RSV4. And man the size looks good for folks like myself in the "baby huey" category.

After Whip's story and others like it (taking forever to get parts) I won't buy anything from them anytime soon. Damn shame.
