I will say this, you do have to start digging deep. My right leg started shaking (then stopped because it gave up) when I'd go into turns, my hands were so tired by the end that I couldn't hold the throttle wide open, and my big toe got a blister from shifting after about the first hour... so you can only imagine what happend the other two... I won't be wearing flip flops for a while

I did a 6 hour at Grattan with 2 other riders, YOU SIR ARE AN IRON MAN!

Nice job.

After about a hour on the track at Grattan my arms would just stop working and I had to get off the track, it was also like 98 degrees that day to. I had blisters on the balls of my feet and it sucked. But the thing that really sucked was I went to the track to be the gas man and one of the riders did not show. I had ridden my bike to the track that was the longest ride home ever.

Hey hey! Glad this tread came back to life! I may not be the fastest guy on the track, but I can run a good pace for a long time. I don't know that I'm in a big hurry to run an ironbutt again.
