Great Hallett weekend
I'll make this short and sweet.
Had a great time this last weekend at Hallett with CCS. Danny Eslick pitted with me...wow...that was cool. He is a super nice kid, emphasis on the kid as he and his friends woke me up during night partying. But it was a blast being on the track with him and watching him clown in the lead of most of his races. MWSS started row 3. I crashed out of 4th in the lead pack trying to overtake 3rd and 2nd on the outside of turn one. They went wide, I ran out of track. The bike and I slid through the grass with no drama. In fact the bike was still running on it's side waiting for me to continue. So I just picked it up and rode under a tree to watch the rest of the race in the shade. ![]() F-40 Started row 5 and got a great start. Coming up to turn one entrance I was screaming to the front. Some dude was edging toward the outside so I stayed on the gas and held my line. I clipped his right bar with my left elbow, but went on by. (He stayed up too and I apologized to him after the race) It came down to me and the leader for the last 4 laps. He just happened to be one of the instructors from TrackAddix so I really wanted to show him up. We were running consistant 1:25:xx, but I had just run 1:24:xx earlier so I knew I could beat him. He was protecting his lines well making it tough on me. I came around him on the outside of turn 10 on the last lap, but he beat me to the finish. So I secured 2nd by a few tenths.MWSB started from the 8th row and finished 3rd. Here is a pic of my bike next to Danny's Matsushima trailer and one of him fitting a broiler pan to his motard before the races. He rode the $#!T out of that bike doing rolling stoppies into the bus stop and wheelies almost everywhere else.

Re: Great Hallett weekend
Wish I could have been there, honey
It's a shame you had to put your tire warmers on yourself...

Re: Great Hallett weekend
Great to hear you did well, weren't hurt in your get-off, and had fun.

Having just met you briefly, that doesn't surprise me one bit.
