Thread: My New Racebike...Almost finished

It has been a while since I've last posted, my life has been so busy that the internet had to take a backseat to life. My 2003 CBR blew up on the straight last December and I have not ridden since then. I was able to pick up a 2007 CBR600RR with 1300 miles on it in May. Since completing college I have been able to devote more attention to my bike, and my goal is to race a full season, next season. So, here is the list of things that I have done;

Power commander w/ custom map
renthal sprockets with DID chain
Vortex adjustable rearsets
Ohlins shock
Woodcraft frame sliders, swingarm sliders, and axle sliders
Hotbodies bodywork w/ trackday paint
Arrow Damper (on its way from Italy)
Michelin slicks (190 rear) but I have yet to put them on.

I still need to pick up some SBS pads and do something with the front end. I'm thinking Ohlins 20mm kit, or if I can hold off long enough, maybe the 25mm cartridges. I also am going to pick up some new bodywork and have it painted for the race weekends. My wife recently purchased her dental office so we're going to have the office name put on it so I can write off all of the race weekend fees. I hope that everyone is doing well.
