Leaving for my second race week-end

Leaving at around 3:30 this afternoon for my second race week-end. Same track, different configuration. We'll run the long track this week-end, with a loooooooooong straigh, a la Grattan. Should be fun, the weather is looking so so, but better than 2 weeks ago. I wish I had those spare wheel already

Shake and bake!

Oups, forgot to update my back issue. I've seen my doc last week. He does not see any problem with me riding the bike. He gave me some exercise to do before and after every session, as well as some supplement and other exercise at the gym. I've been training everyday since last race week-end. We'll see if it pays off. I need to quit riding like I have a freaking stick up my a$$ and get back to my old riding position....

Hey, great news about your back! It's nice to find out you don't need to have surgery. Good luck on your race weekend.

Good luck and a pill of patience for V!!! Don't forget to have fun, and breathe... breathe... breathe...

Oh, and your doctor is correct. You'll rarely have problems riding your bike. It usually is the way you stop riding it that's important.

So true.

Good luck E. I know it's a little late now and that you're on your way but I still mean it.
