It's been a long winter, and still another month before I can ride her... I've got a pile of spares and all I'm missing are number plates. In the last 8 months I've installed:

Galfer superbike brake lines
Acumen gear indicator
HRC throttle
Yoyodyne fairing stay
BMC race filter
Woodcraft sliders
CRG levers
Woodcraft case covers
Power Commander
Akra Evo full Ti exhaust
Woodcraft rearsets
Sharkskinz painted by yours truly
Graphics by some guy in Utah and ebay
Stomp grips
Gilles Tooling chain adjusters
Renthal 520 sprockets
DID 520 chain
PAIR plates
Lightech gas cap

If you don't mind me asking, between the bike and the repair parts, how much did you spend?

Seems like black pin striping would get you a legal license plate since you likely need yellow plates....

Looks good but needs more blue

I haven't tallied it all up yet, but somewhere in the neighbourhood of ten grand.

We don't use yellow plates here, only white. Novice racers are identified by red numbers.

Not yet.... I'll probably drop it off next week.

I don't know about everyone else but for us it's 70-80 hours of driving and a lot of time and money. It would have to be just about the only trip I take all year. Sucks...

I'd be going this year if I wouldn't have all my issues going on. Had a buddy ready to lend me his Gixxer 600 track bike for the trip. I hope to get everything handled and make possibly an '09 event....I'd like to meet some of the fine folks I have gotten to know on here in person...and get back on a track!
