99% finished. A little Dremel work on the tailsection has it fitting almost properly... as good as it'll get at least. GOt the numbers done today, changed the stock pads to some Vesrahs. Just need to get some decent tires and add a couple team stickers and she's good to go.

The bike looks really sharp. Too bad the numbers look a bit weird. Did you paint them?
Also, your left clip on seems a bit longer than your right one. Prolly an optical illusion.

THe numbers are all vinyl... I asked for them in a digital LCD style like an alarm clock... just for something different. Hopefully the scorekeepers don't take issue.

The left clip looks longer because the switch box is gone.

Is it just the pic or are the clipons raked pretty far back? Looks like they'd hit the tank if turned far enough.

THat is the stock setting. No clearance issues. Probably an illusion from the angle of the pic. My clutch lever touches the left upper a bit but I like my levers low.

Edit:

Good eye guys. I went out and looked and the left side was actually tweaked a bit and the little guide tab busted. The right side is fine though.

Couldn't find it in the rulebook but I've seen other racers here using the same thing.

+1. The HRC rear brake kit on my RC51 is a 6" length of clear tube, a cap, and a hose clamp. The large reservoirs on street bikes is to make sure they have reserve capacity, and I do find it interesting that the rear reservoir on most of my bikes is larger than the front.

EDIT: Oh yeah, the bike does look great. have fun on it.
